The Manchester features a 16–ounce, 24 gauge copper, hip style roof that adds an architectural element of beauty and lasting value to your home. Our cupolas arrive in 3 sections for easy installation, includes assembly hardware and easy–to–follow detailed installation instructions, and are weathervane ready with a built–in internal mounting bracket. This louvered cupola features a hip style copper roof and smooth vinyl base. Built to last using an innovative material that is even more durable and rugged than natural wood. Constructed from solid vinyl plank and board that are much more substantial than other pvc or pvc coated products. The high quality construction makes these cupolas extremely durable, weather resistant and virtually maintenance free. They are unaffected by rain, snow, humidity, salt air or pesky insects. They don't need painting, but can be easily painted to complement any structure. They are built to last, with the copper aging gracefully with a rich patina over time.

The cupolas are expertly crafted using a CNC Router, for a precision cut every time. They may be painted with exterior acrylic latex paint. The 24 gauge pure copper roof is Grade 1, 16 ounce pure copper that will naturally patina over time. The roof has reinforced rafters and the louvered mid-section is equipped with interior wood framing brace. 18 gauge Heavy Duty staples are used instead of single nails to prevent components from shifting and for increased strength and durability.

The assembled dimensions are 22"Sq x 27"H, with the square size measured at the roofline. They fit up to a 10/12 pitch roof (most roofs). When calculating the size of your cupola, use the builder's rule of thumb: 1.5 in. of cupola for every ft of unbroken roofline. These cupolas are made to order in the USA.

They are weathervane ready, with a pre–installed weathervane bracket inside the roof for easy installation. They come in three sections for easy installation and delivery, including assembly hardware, predrilled holes and an easy-to-follow installation guide.
